Adequate financing is needed to achieve SEforALL objectives. SEforALL partners work together to unlock the private and public funds necessary for this scope. The SEforALL Africa Hub collaborates with financing facilities, funds and initiatives inside and outside AfDB to facilitate the access to the financing opportunities. The Hub directly works with the ACTC and SEFA below, and is preparing briefs on partners' financing opportunities.

The Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (SEFA) is a USD 95 million multi-donor facility funded by the governments of Denmark, Italy, United Kingdom and the United States. It supports the sustainable energy agenda in Africa through project preparation grants, enabling environment technical assistance and equity.
